RETURNS

The following return conditions for our products do not apply in the case of exercising the right of withdrawal.

In the event that the product(s) delivered to you do not have the characteristics or qualities indicated on our website or, in the case of manufacturing defects or if it is in poor condition due to transportation or other issues, the customer must contact IANNUA at the email address hello@iannua.com, providing the order details and indicating the defects that, in their opinion, exist in the delivered product, to be informed of the necessary steps. IANNUA reserves the right, in this case, to request a photograph of the defects indicated by the customer.

In the case of non-compliance with the product(s), the customer has the right, when possible, to replacement, a price reduction, or the resolution of the agreement, which implies the return of the product by the customer and the corresponding refund of the amount paid. However, the customer must consider that these options may not always be possible and will depend on the type of product.

IANNUA will reject returns communicated outside the deadline. It will be considered that the deadline has passed when more than 14 days have elapsed since the receipt of the product, and it will be verified beforehand that it is damage suffered without fault or negligence of the customer. Returns must always be accompanied by the corresponding delivery note or invoice.

In the case of a minor non-compliance with the product, the agreement will not be terminated.

Regarding the amounts paid for products returned due to a defect, when it really exists, they will be fully refunded, including the expenses incurred to deliver the item to the customer and the expenses incurred by the customer, if any, to return it to IANNUA. The refund of the paid price will be made through the same payment method that the customer used to make the purchase.
